Danny Perera is currently working as a General Counsel at Balance Power, having previously held the position of Senior Associate at Burges Salmon LLP. With a background in corporate law, Danny has experience in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Prior to their current roles, Danny worked as an Associate at Watson Farley & Williams and completed their training as a Trainee Solicitor at Mayer Brown. Danny holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kaplan Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Politics from the University of Bristol.
