Alexander Weiß

Alexander Weiß has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Alexander started their career at Gerling in 2005 as an actuary in the Department for company pensions. In 2007, they moved to Aspecta Lebensversicherung AG, where they worked as an actuary in product development and product technology. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an actuary in product development for life insurances at HDI Gerling Versicherung. From 2011 to 2018, they were an actuary and project manager at Collogia Trianova GmbH. In 2018, they became head of Productmanagement CollPhir at adesso insurance solutions GmbH, where they worked until 2021. Alexander is currently a pricing actuary at Balance Re.

Alexander Weiß has a degree in applied mathematics from the Fachhochschule Aachen, and also holds a Diplom in technomathematics and mathematics from the same school. Alexander is also a certified enterprise risk actuary from the German actuary academy.
