Cara Chandler

Cara Chandler has extensive experience in marketing and human resources, currently serving as a Marketing and Brand Consultant and Marketing and Brand Manager since July 2015 at Balance Staffing Company, where strategic guidance is provided to enhance the company's value-centered culture. Previously, Cara worked as a Human Resources Executive at Bronco Wine Company, focusing on employee relations and investigations, and held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Executive Team Leader at Target from July 2007 to June 2011. Cara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Business from UC Santa Barbara, as well as a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from Brandman University.
