Trent O'Sullivan has held various roles in the advertising industry, starting as an Account Coordinator at Thomson White and Partners in 1988. Trent then moved up the ranks to become an Account Manager at Thomson White/FCB in 1993. Trent continued to progress in their career, eventually becoming a Senior Account Manager at Batters and McKay from 1997 to 2000. Trent then transitioned to The Brand Agency, where Trent served as an Account Director from 2000 to 2004. Currently, Trent is the Director at Balance Advertising, a position Trent has held since 2004.

We named our agency Balance for a very good reason; it’s our one-word mantra. We wanted that mantra to be the name on the door, to guide everything we do and to serve as a daily reminder of the agency we want.
