Greg Baker

Greg Baker is a seasoned professional in the technology and cybersecurity sectors with extensive experience in leadership roles. As a Co-Founder of Balance Theory since April 2022, Baker previously held multiple senior positions at Optiv Inc from November 2017 to March 2022, including Managing Partner and Global VP/GM Cyber Digital Transformation. Prior to that, Baker co-founded Decision Lab, LLC, serving as Chief Strategy Officer until its acquisition by Optiv. Baker's earlier career includes various leadership roles at PCI Strategic Management, Poole & Associates, and Fullbright & Jaworski from January 2007 to 2016, focusing on software development, business development, and project leadership. Baker earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Towson University and is currently pursuing graduate studies in Systems Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University.
