Dekel Avigdor

Dekel Avigdor began their work experience in 2014 as a Loadmaster C-130 Hercules aircrew in the Israeli Air Force. In this role, they planned, led, and executed complex operation flights internationally, earning three excellence certificates. Dekel worked in the Israeli Air Force until September 2018. In 2023, they joined Balance as a Product Designer.
