Heather B. possesses extensive experience in financial counseling, education, and program administration. Currently serving as the FINRA Education Foundation Military Spouse Fellowship Program Assistant at AFCPE® since August 2015, Heather manages fellowship implementation for up to 150 participants, utilizing skills in social media management and program coordination.
