Zoltán Haszeg has over 20 years of work experience in various IT roles.

Zoltán started their career at the Ministry of Agriculture in 1998 as an Administrator before moving on to DHL, where they worked as a Frontline Help Desk Operator and Project Coordinator, coordinating the integration of the company and handling daily complaints and requests.

In 2007, Zoltán joined SANMINA-SCI Hungary Ltd. as a Business Analyst, responsible for EMEA IT. Zoltán then worked at UNIX Autó as an IT Support Consultant before joining IBM as an IT Security Specialist in 2010, focusing on Identity Management.

In 2014, Zoltán became a Freelancer, taking on the roles of IT Project Manager and IT Service Delivery Manager. Zoltán worked on various projects, including Oracle Access Management migration and infrastructure implementation at dwpbank. Zoltán also worked as a Portal Development Business Analyst at Generali Insurance Ltd.

Currently, Zoltán is employed at Balasys, where they started in 2020. Zoltán has held multiple roles, including One Identity Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, and currently, the Head of Service Delivery. In these roles, Zoltán has been responsible for managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, engaging with customers to increase product adoption, building strong relationships, and facilitating collaboration between teams. Zoltán has also demonstrated excellent analytical skills and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Zoltán Haszeg completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Worker with a focus on the Development of Quality in Human Services at Kodolányi János University of Applied Sciences (KJU) from 2010 to 2014. During their time at KJU, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Services Management, which they completed in 2014. In the same year, Zoltán acquired an EOQ Quality Auditor certification from the European Organization for Quality. Following this, they attended Szent István Egyetem to become a Human Resources Consultant, starting in 2014 and continuing to the present.

In addition to their educational achievements, Zoltán Haszeg also obtained certifications in various areas. Zoltán became an Identity Manager - Implementation Professional through One Identity in January 2023. Zoltán has also undergone PMP Certification Training Course and Project Management certification courses at Szinergia Kft., although the specific dates of completion are unknown.
