Jeff Padden has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jeff commenced their career as an attorney at Streich, Lang, Weeks & Cardon in 1982. Following that, they joined Bonn, Luscher, Padden & Wilkins as a Partner/Attorney in 1985. In 1991, they transitioned to Rainbow Studios, where they served as Vice Chairman/Shareholder until 2001. Jeff then became a Partner/Attorney at Allen, Price, Padden & Sanders from 1995 to 2005. Subsequently, they worked as a Shareholder/Attorney at Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, P.A from 2005 to 2011. Since 2010, Jeff has been the Founding Partner and General Counsel at Balbec Capital LP.

Jeff Padden has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia, where they graduated with Distinction. Jeff also holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where they achieved honors, including Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi.
