Manjunatha Rao

Manjunatha Rao is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in leading operations and program management across various technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Engineering Operations at Balbix since January 2024, Manjunatha has previously held senior leadership positions at Cloudera, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Engineering. At Hortonworks, Manjunatha was instrumental in overseeing multiple engineering functions and led significant product program management initiatives. Past roles at Yahoo!, Yodlee Infotech Pvt Ltd, and Motorola further demonstrate a strong background in engineering programs and project management. Manjunatha holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
