Zara P.

Zara P. has been working in the IT field since 2007. Her first job was as an IT Desktop Support at Tajhizat, where they maintained and upgraded hardware and software, researched and resolved issues/inquiries daily, created Organizational Units, User Accounts, Groups, and assigned NTFS permissions, and maintained domain controller, DNS, and DHCP. In 2009, they moved to Kardan Organization as a System Administrator, where they installed and troubleshooted ESXi Host, vCenter server and VMs, resolved various technical problems ranging from PC's, hardware, software, network printers, LAN/WAN, and provided end-user services escalation requiring Windows administrative assistance for help desk services. Zara also had experience in HA, DRS rules, SDRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, Snapshot manager, and Cloning. From 2011 to 2018, Zara P. worked at Uranus Housewares as a System Administrator, where they supported and maintained physical and virtual servers, network infrastructure and Microsoft Active Directory domain controller and Group Policy, provided end-user support, resolving technical issues and provided technical assistance for all Operating system, application and hardware, and proactively monitored servers and networking devices. In 2018, they moved to Balbix as a DevOps Engineer and System Administrator.

Zara P. has an education history that includes an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Islamic Azad University from 2004 to 2006. Zara also attended Stanley Community College in 2016 and obtained a VDP-DCV 5.5 in VMware vSphere Data Center Virtualization.
