Abigail Kim is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in event sales and customer service. Currently serving as Restaurant Event Sales at Balboa Bay Resort since October 2018, Abigail previously held roles as a Sales and Catering Coordinator at Renaissance Hotels and as a Front Desk Associate at both The Duke Hotel and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Abigail began a career in the hospitality industry as a Server Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and a Food Server at Octopus Japanese Restaurant. Additionally, Abigail has experience in event planning, having worked as an Event Planner at The Rabbit Hole. Abigail holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2016.
