Colyn Secard

Colyn Secard possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Server at Balboa Bay Resort since August 2018, where expertise in a Forbes Travel Guide 4-Star rated environment enhances guest dining experiences. Prior to this role, Colyn worked at Donovan Bros Golf LLC, training new staff and contributing to a Wine Spectator Award-winning wine list. Colyn's earlier positions include Bartender at the esteemed ClubCorp, where management of staff and fostering member relationships were key responsibilities, and Serving Lead/Bartender at Kemper Sports, overseeing private event services. Colyn also engaged with Toastmasters International, handling membership inquiries, and completed an internship at Nationwide Health Properties, Inc. not long after beginning a career in hospitality with a position as a Banquet Server at La Jolla Country Club. Colyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego, along with a General Education degree from Orange Coast College.
