Jade Cortez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jade began their career as a Sales Associate at Pacific Sunwear in 2011, where they provided friendly customer service and operated the cash register. Jade then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Supercuts from 2012 to 2013, where their responsibilities included answering phones, setting up appointments, and maintaining salon cleanliness. In 2014, they joined Walmart as a Sales Associate, showcasing remarkable customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure. From 2015 to 2019, Jade worked as a Caregiver at Grandcare Health Service, assisting with bathing, grooming, basic food preparation, and medication reminders. Jade then transitioned to SettlementOne in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative, where they processed supplemental reports for debt to income ratios and handled various verifications.
