Susan Overton has a strong background in retail and real estate management. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Balboa Retail Partners, Susan also holds the position of Board Member at College is Real. With experience in various leadership roles at companies such as Merlone Geier Partners, Verde Realty, and Kimco Realty Corp, Susan has demonstrated expertise in investments, operations, and corporate leadership. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual major in MIS and Marketing from Northeastern University.
