Scott Andress

Scott Andress has been a partner at Balch & Bingham LLP since May 1992, bringing extensive legal experience with a focus on environmental studies from Tulane University Law School, where a Doctor of Law degree was earned in 1992. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Management Information Consultant at Viar & Co. and Arthur Andersen & Co. between 1987 and 1989. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, completed in 1986, and graduated from Jackson Preparatory School in 1982.
