Scott Grover

Scott Grover is an experienced attorney specializing in energy law, regulatory compliance, energy policy, and litigation, currently serving as an Energy Law Partner at Balch & Bingham LLP since September 2002. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama from August 2001 to August 2002 and gained experience as a sportswriter at the Rio Rancho Observer from July 1997 to May 1998.
