Tom Francis

Tom Francis has extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Balch & Bingham LLP since September 1984. Prior to this role, Tom worked as an Investment Banker at Virginia National Bank from 1979 to 1981, where responsibilities included the sale of U.S. assets. Tom holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, obtained between 1981 and 1984, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Foreign Affairs from Hampden-Sydney College, earned from 1974 to 1978.
