Allison Baurichter

Allison Baurichter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investor relations, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations at Balchem Corporation since July 2018. In this role, Allison drives financial planning and analysis, leads business intelligence system evolution, and supports M&A activities while managing teams in FP&A and Treasury. Prior to this, Allison held various financial leadership positions at Balchem, including Finance Director for the Human Nutrition & Health segment, which generated over $520 million in revenue. Previous experience includes significant roles at Procter & Gamble, where Allison managed substantial budgets across global eBusiness and corporate strategy, contributing to key financial forecasts and strategic initiatives. Allison holds a B.S. in Commerce with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Economics from the University of Virginia.
