Caroline Jones

Caroline Jones is a skilled Controls Engineer at Balchem Corporation since May 2023, with a background in process engineering gained through previous roles at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. as a Process Engineering Co-op and at Honeywell as a Process Engineering Intern. While at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., Caroline conducted statistical analyses to mitigate process variability and organized quality metrics for wood chip suppliers, whereas at Honeywell, projects were completed from conception to start-up, including scope creation and documentation. Additionally, Caroline served as a Photography Editor for Kevin Beasley Photographer and worked as a Photographer for Glorieta Adventure Camps. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, graduating in May 2023.
