Jeremy Stinson, MHR, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Balchem Corporation, beginning in August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Quality Custom Distribution and Parker Hannifin, along with a temporary position at Malnove Holding Company Inc. Notable achievements include creating recruiting tools at Reynolds American Inc. that enhanced candidate selection, designing a method at Lower Family Foods that reduced turnover and saved the company significantly, and developing a safety video that improved the injury prevention culture.
