Mike Kostue

Mike Kostue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and industrial engineering. Currently serving as a Sr Project Manager at Balchem Corporation since July 2022, Mike previously held the title of Sr Industrial Engineer at Amscan from March 1999 to July 2022. Additionally, Mike managed operations as Plant Manager at Amscan Custom Injection Molding between March 2016 and December 2019. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Production Supervisor at Dyno Nobel and SETCO, companies known for their contributions to the commercial explosives and plastic bottle manufacturing industries, respectively. Mike holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Utica, earned between 1983 and 1987.
