Scott Mason

Scott C. Mason is Vice President and General Manager Industrial Products and Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain. He joined the company in October 2017.

Mr. Mason joined Balchem following a successful career at Stepan Company, a leader in surfactants and polymers, where he held the Senior Vice President role for Global Operations. Prior to this role he served at Nalco Company a global leader in water treatment and oil field services, as Senior Vice President Global Supply Chain and Vice President-General Manager of the Institutional, Manufacturing and Municipal Water Treatment Business and at Graftech International, the largest carbon and graphite producer, as Executive President, Carbon and Graphite Division.

Prior to joining Graftech, Mr. Mason held various leadership roles in Union Carbide during his 19 year career. In his last role as Vice President he led the Global Supply Chain.
