Stephanie Judge

Stephanie Judge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in flavor systems and innovation. Currently serving as Research and Development Flavor Systems Manager at Balchem Corporation since April 2020, Stephanie leads safety initiatives for the Flavor Laboratory. Previously, at Anheuser-Busch from 1998 to 2020, Stephanie excelled in roles such as Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager, overseeing product stability and nutritional information for the entire product portfolio while managing significant product launches and cross-functional projects. Stephanie's earlier roles include positions at STERIS Corporation, where laboratory quality assurance was established, and Physicians Reference Laboratory, performing toxicology analyses. Stephanie holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
