Patricija Freivalde has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Patricija currently serves as the Head of Marketing (Estonia) & Group Social Media Lead at Balcia Insurance SE, where they are responsible for marketing strategies and managing social media for the company. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Project Manager, focusing on social media and group-level marketing projects.
Before joining Balcia Insurance SE, Patricija worked as the Brand Experience & HQ Marketing Manager at the same company, where they developed brand strategies, managed advertising campaigns, and worked on brand recognition projects.
Patricija also has experience as an Online Media Manager at Lidl Latvija, where they implemented online account strategies. Additionally, they served as a Business Development Manager at Finebite and a Marketing Automation and Communication Manager at All Media Baltics.
Patricija's early experience includes working at airBaltic in various marketing and customer service roles, including loyalty program coordination, direct e-marketing activities, and sales and service advising.
Patricija Freivalde received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Riga Business School in 2015. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Inspired Academy and completed marketing courses. In 2022, they enrolled at Personīgā zīmola akadēmija to study Iedarbīga mārketinga valoda sociālajos tīklos. Patricija also attended Ir darbnīca & New Black | Digitālā mārketinga akadēmija in the same year to study Zīmola saturs sociālajos tīklos and Kā pārdot digitālajā vidē - Klienta/pircēja ceļš.
