Bill Barton has been working as a PIAA Basketball Official at PIAA since February 2007. Bill is also a Teacher at Bald Eagle Area School District since 1988 and a Behavior Specialist at Merakey since January 1999. In their role at Merakey, Bill provides in-home therapy for children with autism and their families, and serves as the Lead Program Coordinator for Stepping Stones Autism School.
