Lindsey Armstrong

Lindsey joined Balderton as Legal Counsel in 2021.

Prior to Balderton, she was a corporate associate at London-based law firm Marriott Harrison, where she focussed on venture capital and M&A, spending the majority of her time advising leading technology venture capital firms, including Balderton.

Lindsey advises on Balderton’s investments and exits and assists Balderton portfolio companies at all stages of their life cycle on a range of legal issues.

She gained her LLB Law degree at the University of Nottingham and spent a year of her degree studying at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
