Maeve O'hare

Maeve joined Balderton as Legal Counsel in 2022.

She advises on Balderton’s investments and exits and provides guidance to Balderton portfolio companies as they progress through their growth journey.

Prior to Balderton, Maeve was a Senior Associate at Taylor Vinters where she advised technology-focused entrepreneurs, high-growth companies and leading venture capital firms on a broad range of corporate and investment matters.

Maeve completed her Business and Law degree at University College Dublin before moving to London to complete a Masters in Commercial Law with Media at University College London.
