Matthew A. Baldini

Matt Baldini has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Matt began their career as a Litigation Associate at Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A. in 1996, and later joined Robinson & Cole LLP in the same role. In 2000, they moved to General Electric - GE Industrial Systems as a Litigation & Compliance Counsel, and then transferred to General Electric - GE Sensing as a General Counsel in 2003. Matt then joined Open Solutions as an Assistant General Counsel in 2006, where they were responsible for drafting and negotiating various complex contracts. Matt later took on the role of General Counsel at Edible Arrangements in 2010. In 2011, they founded Baldini Law, LLC before establishing their current position as a Founding Partner at Baldini Lang LLC in 2015. Throughout their career, Matt has focused on providing innovative legal services to meet the modern needs of clients.

Matt Baldini earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Pace University in 1992. Matt then attended Seton Hall University School of Law from 1993 to 1996, where they received their J.D. degree. Prior to their college education, they completed their high school education at Don Bosco Prep from 1984 to 1988.
