Amri Raju

Amri Raju is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and digital customer engagement. Currently serving as Senior Director of CRM at Baldwin Risk Partners since May 2022, Amri Raju leads a team that develops innovative solutions using Salesforce technologies to enhance collaboration among colleagues, clients, and partners. Prior to this role, Amri Raju held various leadership positions at Comerica Bank from 2011 to May 2022, including Vice President Senior Manager of Digital Customer Engagement and Vice President of Retail Portfolio Management. Earlier experience includes roles as Consulting Program Manager at Custom Business Solutions and Sr Project Manager at Wipro Technologies. Amri Raju holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from VR Siddhartha Engineering College.
