John McManus, CRIS, currently serves as the Director of Sales for CRMG at Baldwin Risk Partners, a position held since August 2022, focusing on agency expansion and talent development amidst evolving industry risks. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Marsh MMA from September 2017 to August 2022, where oversight of departmental financial performance and client deliverables was key. John was also a Producer at Brown & Brown of Florida, Inc. from December 2010 to October 2017, responsible for generating new prospects and account strategies, and worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Dorado Holdings, LLC from 2006 to 2010, promoting product lines in challenging market conditions. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of South Florida, earned between 2006 and 2009.
