Travis Holt

Travis Holt is a seasoned professional in the fields of private equity and risk management, currently serving as Senior Partner and SVP of Private Equity at The Baldwin Group since December 2021. In this role, Travis co-leads the Private Equity Center of Excellence, providing due diligence, transaction risk, and portfolio company solutions to private equity firms and strategic acquirers. Travis has also been a Managing Partner at bcp tech since April 2011 and co-founded multiple companies, including the Operio Group in 2023 and Brush Creek Partners, where expertise in technology and supply chain risk management is offered. Recognition includes being named a 2023 M&A Power Broker by Risk & Insurance Magazine. With experience as an advisor for Fountain City Fintech and a producer at Haas & Wilkerson Insurance, Travis also founded Recruits Live, an online platform for connecting high school athletes with college coaches. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Trinity University and ongoing studies at Harvard University.
