Kristy DiGiacomo, bCRE has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Kristy is currently serving as the Director of Advancement Operations at The Baldwin School since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at the West Chester University Foundation in multiple roles including Director of Reporting and Database Management, Associate Director of Advancement Services, Assistant Director of Advancement Services, and Assistant Database Manager. Kristy also worked at Westtown School as a Raiser's Edge Database Specialist and Advancement Services Assistant. Before entering the education sector, they started their career as a 1st Grade Teacher at Kennett Consolidated School District. Kristy also has experience working as a Head Start, Child Development Specialist at Chester County Intermediate Unit and as a Preschool Teacher & Afternoon Center Supervisor at ABC Kidz Kare.
Kristy DiGiacomo, bCRE, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development from the University of Lynchburg in 2001. Prior to that, they received their high school diploma from Westtown School in 1997. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications in Special Education Teaching from Immaculata University (2003) and a Blackbaud Certification in The Raiser's Edge - Associate from Blackbaud (2014).
