Michela Matzeu

Michela Matzeu is an experienced professional with a strong background in after-sales coordination and process engineering. Currently serving as the EMEA Retail After Sales Coordinator at BALENCIAGA since August 2018, Michela acts as the main liaison between the EMEA Retail Head Office and various stakeholders, overseeing after-sales coordinators at the country level. Prior experience includes roles at LUXURY GOODS INTERNATIONAL (L.G.I.) SA, where Michela conducted gap analysis and flow process mapping for multiple brands and managed the development of a Quality Management System aligned with ISO certifications. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from LIUC - Università Cattaneo and Universidad Austral, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Università degli Studi di Cagliari.
