Caroline Iweins

Caroline Iweins has work experience in various roles and companies.

Since 2020, they have been working as a Consultante psychosociale at Feel better at work.

Prior to that, they worked at Bright Link SA as the Head Of Product Management starting from September 2017.

Caroline also served as a Consultante at OSPRL and a Chargé de cours invité at Université catholique de Louvain, both starting from September 2017.

From February 2013 to August 2017, they worked as a Conseiller en prévention aspect psychosociaux at spmt arista.

Finally, from October 2008 to January 2013, they conducted research in social and organizational psychology at Université catholique de Louvain.

Caroline Iweins obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Université catholique de Louvain in 2008. Caroline went on to pursue a Doctor of Psychology degree specializing in Social and Organizational Psychology at the same university, which they completed in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Caroline obtained a Master's degree in Risk Management and Well-being at Université catholique de Louvain. In 2020, they attended a module on Systemic and Strategic Approaches to Work Suffering at Institut Gregory Bateson. Recently, in 2021, Caroline completed an Academy of Coaching program at CFIP.
