Ervin KAJNO has extensive experience in corporate project management, currently serving as Vice President and Director of the Corporate Projects Department at Balfin Group since October 2012. Prior to this role, KAJNO was Head of the Project Management Department at Balkan Finance Investment Group from April 2010 to October 2012 and General Manager at SMCG (Balkan Financial Investment Group) between January 2008 and April 2010. KAJNO also held various positions in the Albanian Government, including HR Analyst at the Ministry of Interior and HR Director at the Ministry of Local Government. Additional experience includes roles as Minister's Advisory and Head of Administration at the Municipality of Korca. KAJNO’s early career involved logistics and translation with international organizations. KAJNO holds a Master of Business Administration from Institut Français de Gestion and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from University “Fan.S.Noli” Korca.
