Migert Xhaja

Migert Xhaja possesses extensive experience in IT operations, currently serving as IT Operations Manager at Balfin Group since June 2010, with a progression of roles that includes Service Desk Administrator, IT Maintenance Administrator, Business Applications Support Specialist, and IT Specialist. Additionally, Migert contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at Aleksander Moisiu University from October 2012 to June 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mathematical and Informatics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Informatics Engineering, both obtained from the University of Tirana.
