Alison Birney is Vice President of Facilities Management for Balfour Beatty Communities with responsibility for oversight of all maintenance functions for the Air Force portfolio.
Ms. Birney has over 25 years of experience in the residential property management industry in both operations and facilities management roles. Ms. Birney joined Balfour Beatty Communities in 2016 as a community manager and has since served in regional and senior leadership roles. Prior to joining BBC, Ms. Birney served in leadership roles with military housing at Corvias Group and with multiple public-private real estate organizations.
Alison holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation.
