Ann Ruth Nieves

Ann Ruth Nieves has a diverse work experience starting from 1991 to the present. Ann Ruth worked as an Executive Legal Secretary at Skadden, Arps et al for over two decades, from December 1991 to June 2019. Following this, they worked as a Real Estate Sales Agent at NY Living Solutions specializing in sales and rentals in Brooklyn, from May 2019 to August 2020. Later, they joined Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in August 2020 as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Currently, Ann Ruth Nieves is employed at Balfour Beatty Communities, where they have held multiple roles, starting as an Assistant Community Manager from October 2021 to October 2022. Ann Ruth then served as a Community Manager from October 2022 to February 2023, and currently holds the position of Operations Director from February 2023 till date.

Ann Ruth Nieves has a diverse education history. In 1990, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General from Kingsborough Community College. Before that, they completed their high school education at Norman Thomas High School in 1990, focusing on the same field of study. In 2013, they pursued Real Estate Investing at Rich Dad Education. Later, in 2016, they attended the NY Real Estate Institute, obtaining a Sales Agent degree in Salesperson. Throughout their education, Ann also acquired several certifications, including a Real Estate Sales Person certification from the NY Real Estate Institute in 2016, the Rich Investor Elite Training from Rich Dad Education in 2013, and the Learn to Be Rich Training, also from Rich Dad Education, in 2012. In 2016, they received the Rising Star Award from FILLMORE REAL ESTATE.
