Kate Calhoun

Kate Calhoun is currently the Leasing & Marketing Manager at Balfour Beatty Communities. Prior to this, Kate worked at PHILLIPS Management as a Leasing Specialist. Kate also has experience as a Marketing Intern at Beautylish, a Summer Intern at First Tee, a Sisterhood Chair at Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, a Hospitality Intern at Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants & Hotels, and a Campus Director at Bumble. Kate also worked as a Camp Counselor at Greensboro Day School. Kate holds a degree in Recreation Management with a focus on Commercial Recreation and Tourism Management from Appalachian State University.
