Mary Beth Woodard

Mary Beth Woodard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Area Manager for Army Southeast at Balfour Beatty Communities since January 2009, Mary Beth has demonstrated strong managerial skills. Prior to this role, Mary Beth held the position of Regional VP at Colonial Properties Trust from 2005 to 2008 and served as VP at Summit Properties from 1986 to 2003. Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with additional studies at the University of North Carolina Charlotte and Florida State University between 1973 and 1975.
