Paula Cook

Paula Cook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and military housing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Balfour Beatty Communities since December 2016, Paula previously held the role of Assistant Vice President from May 2007 to October 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing the Navy SE Region as Area Community Manager. Prior to joining Balfour Beatty, Paula held the position of VP of Operations at Integroup Reality/United Campus Housing from 1996 to 2006 and worked as Area Property Manager at The Flournoy Companies from 1983 to 1996.
