Elisa Diaz, CPCE, BSCE, is a seasoned Senior Estimator with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently employed at Balfour Beatty Construction US since February 2017, Elisa has previously held key estimating roles at Fresenius Medical Care Real Estate and Construction Services, Steel Fabricators LLC, and Balfour Beatty Construction. At Fresenius Medical Care, Elisa contributed to the development of over 110 dialysis clinics annually, managing the cost of operations effectively. Throughout a career starting in 1999, Elisa has developed expertise in quantity takeoffs, proposal preparation, and coordination of project scopes, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge across various construction divisions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad del Quindío, earned from 1990 to 1995.
