Phillip Pullman

Phillip Pullman is a Construction Manager with extensive experience in overseeing various construction projects, including the electrification of the Peninsula Corridor Electrification Project in San Francisco. Phillip has also worked as an OSP Quality Assurance Engineer for Metronet Inc., where Phillip was responsible for design review and permitting for fiber to the home network projects.
