Rebecca Kennedy

Rebecca Kennedy (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced professional in capability development and recruitment. Currently serving as the Leadership Development Programme Manager and Early Careers Partner at Balfour Beatty VINCI since July 2021, Rebecca previously held positions at Balfour Beatty plc from May 2011, including Capability Development Partner and Resourcing Partner in Power Transmission & Distribution. Prior to these roles, experience includes managing recruitment at Gala Coral Group and Cattles PLC, as well as roles as Consultant/Account Manager at Pertemps and Branch Administrator at Extra Personnel. Educational qualifications include a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby and a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
