Kim Weir

Kim Weir is the Senior Administrator at Balfour Beatty. Kim has over ten years of experience in business administration and management.

Kim Weir began their career in 2011 as a Business Improvement Manager at Uniq Prepared Foods. In this role, they were responsible for streamlining company processes and improving efficiency. Kim remained in this position for just over a year before moving on to Greencore in 2012.

In this role, they managed the catering and stores operations for the university. Kim remained in this position for seven years before moving on to their current role as Senior Administrator at Balfour Beatty in 2022.

Kim Weir completed a BSc in Food & Nutrition at Sheffield Hallam University. Modules included food technology, nutrition, NPD, marketing, consumer behaviour, and psychology.
