Andreas Scheib

Andreas Scheib is a Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer at Balfour Beatty plc since February 2023, focusing on slope stability assessments and Infraworks modelling, alongside preparing ground investigation specifications and bills of quantities. Prior experience includes co-owning and managing Top Out Brewery from February 2017 to January 2023, where retail strategies and customer relationships were developed. Additionally, Andreas held geological and consulting roles at Raeburn Drilling & Geotechnical Ltd, AJS Geoscience, and served as a Geoscientist with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety in Western Australia from 2012 to 2015. Early career experience at the British Geological Survey involved leading geochemical sampling teams. Andreas holds a Diplom Ingenieur (Master's degree equivalent) in Land Management and Environmental Sciences from Universität Rostock, 1998 - 2004.
