Jenny Allen

Jenny Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent and organizational performance, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Organisational Performance at Balfour Beatty plc since June 2018. Prior to this role, Jenny held multiple leadership positions at BT, including Head of Leadership Development, Talent and Engagement, and played a pivotal role in the integration of technology teams following the acquisition of EE, impacting a workforce of 13,000 employees. With a strong background in strategic HR management, organizational design, and culture transformation, Jenny has consistently driven employee engagement and leadership development initiatives across large organizations. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
