Over the years, Lewis has progressed through various roles within the company, including Operations Lead, Operations Supervisor, and Lead Supervisor, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise. Prior to this, Lewis worked as an Aerospace Engineer at Midland Aerospace, contributing technical knowledge and skills to the aerospace sector.
