Mike Dallas

Mike Dallas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial and legal sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Director and Group Development Director at Balfour Beatty plc, Mike has previously held the position of Associate General Counsel - Corporate. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Advisor at Spire Healthcare and as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Additionally, Mike began a career in law as a Solicitor at Chapman Tripp. Mike Dallas holds a degree from Victoria University of Wellington, where studies were completed between 1999 and 2004, and is a graduate of Auckland Grammar School from 1994 to 1998.
